1. Age Verification

All individuals depicted in any visual content involving actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on the Website were at least 18 years old at the time such content was created.

2. Content Produced by Third Parties

The Website’s operator acts solely as an online service provider as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c).
