By accepting these terms and conditions, you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, or if any content of TheFetishNetwork.com is illegal in the territory where you currently reside, do not access or use the site.

Headings do not form part of these terms and do not affect their interpretation. “You” means the member or user. “We”, “us” means SquareNet Media Limited, owner of TheFetishNetwork.com, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, UK.

The website and apps (“The Fetish Network”) are owned and operated by us. These terms apply across all devices.

The platform is for adults (18+). Under-18s, persons soliciting under-18s, or users posting content involving or appearing to involve under-18s will be removed and blocked. Content may be explicit; you agree it does not cause you offence.

4.1 Account Creation

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so may result in the immediate termination of your account.

4.2 Password Use

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not disclose your password. Notify us of any breach of security or unauthorised use.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

If your account has no activity for 30 consecutive days, it may be temporarily suspended. You can restore access simply by logging back in before the 60-day deletion period expires.

Accounts that remain suspended and inactive for more than 60 days will be permanently deleted, and all associated data will be removed.

4.4 Security & Integrity

We actively monitor accounts to protect the integrity of the platform. By using this site, you agree to the following:

• Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate or manipulated accounts will result in permanent bans, with forfeiture of any KinkCoins or site balance.
• We may log and review login details including IP addresses, device/browser information, and location data to detect suspicious activity.
• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that trigger fraud alerts, security violations, or attempts to circumvent our systems.
• Users flagged for manipulation or abuse will permanently lose access to their account, balance, and any associated content.

5.1 Membership Fees

Standard Membership is free. Premium fees are displayed on the site and payable in GBP. Failure to renew downgrades access.

5.2 Paying Membership Fees

Premium payments are processed securely. Charges may appear as SquareNet Media Limited. Receipts are sent by email.

5.3 Your Right to Cancel

You have 14 days to cancel Premium. Refunds (if any) are pro-rated for used access as required by law.

KinkCoins are the platform’s digital currency used for features and interactions. KinkCoins are not legal tender. Subject to eligibility checks, a minimum withdrawal threshold, and applicable fees, users may request a withdrawal of their KinkCoin balance to money. Thresholds, processing times, site fees and payment processing fees may change. We may refuse, reverse, or freeze transactions to comply with law or prevent fraud/abuse. Manipulative activity may result in forfeiture of KinkCoins.

7.1 User-Generated Content

You retain intellectual property rights and grant us a licence to host, display, adapt and promote your content to operate the service.

7.2 Content Removal

We may remove content that is illegal, harmful, infringes rights, violates policy, or is otherwise inappropriate.

You must not upload or share content that involves or depicts:

• Persons under 18 (or appearing to be under 18)
• Non-consensual activity
• Bestiality
• Drugs or substance abuse

Users can report content for review. Violations may result in removal and account action.

9.1 Prohibited Activities

• Posting offensive or illegal content
• Impersonation or multiple accounts
• Unauthorised advertising
• Attempting to bypass security or access restricted areas

10.1 Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, security concerns, fraud, or prolonged inactivity.

10.2 Forfeiture

Upon termination or deletion, remaining balances (including KinkCoins) may be forfeited. Refunds are not issued unless required by law.

Payments must be made using authorised methods. You confirm you are the authorised account holder. Chargebacks, disputes, or suspected fraud may lead to immediate suspension, reversal of benefits, fees, and collection action. We may require additional verification before releasing funds or restoring access.

All trademarks, names, and logos are owned by or licensed to SquareNet Media Limited. Do not use them without permission.

SquareNet Media is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our liability is capped at the membership fees paid in the prior 6 months. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

To protect our community, we monitor security signals, including IP addresses, device/browser details, geolocation checks, automated bot/spam indicators, and third-party fraud scores. We may suspend, limit, or permanently ban accounts where manipulation, referral abuse, multiple accounts, or other suspicious activity is detected. Balances (including KinkCoins) may be forfeited.

We may modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published and, where material, notified by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the remainder continues in full effect. Invalid clauses will be replaced with similar enforceable terms.
