The TheFetishNetwork.com website and associated mobile applications ("The Fetish Network") are owned and operated wholly by us. These terms apply equally whether you access The Fetish Network via a desktop browser, mobile browser, mobile phone, tablet device, or any other digital device.
The Fetish Network is for adults aged 18 years or older. Persons under 18 years, pretending to be over 18, or individuals soliciting persons under 18 will be removed and blocked. Content may be of an explicit adult nature and contain sexual imagery and text. You agree that this type of content does not cause you offence. We are not liable to remove content that causes offence unless it violates our policy or laws.
When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so may result in the immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not disclose your password. Notify us of any breach of security or unauthorised use.
We reserve the right to remove accounts that have existed for over 90 days and have been inactive for more than 30 consecutive days.
Standard Membership is free. Premium Membership fees are displayed on the site. Payment must be made in pounds sterling. Failure to renew results in downgrade to Standard Membership.
Premium payments are processed via secure methods. Charges will show as SquareNet Media Limited. Receipts will be issued via email.
You have 14 days to cancel your Premium Membership. Refunds will be pro-rated for used access time. Requests must be made within this window.
You retain intellectual property rights but grant us a license to use your content across our platform, including for promotion and functionality.
We reserve the right to remove content that breaches our terms, is harmful, illegal, infringes rights, or violates our content guidelines.

We may terminate your account without notice for violations. Termination ends your right to use the service and may include content deletion.
If your account is removed, any unpaid tips or balances may be forfeited.
All trademarks, names, and logos are owned by or licensed to SquareNet Media Limited. You must not use them without written permission.
SquareNet Media is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Liability is capped to membership fees paid in the prior 6 months.
Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
We may modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published and emailed if significant. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the remainder continues in full effect. Invalid clauses will be replaced with similar enforceable terms.
